Directions: Place the eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix using a mixer very well. Heat the pan and add olive oil and butter. When butter has melted, reduce the heat and put your beaten eggs into the pan. Cook until the bottom is golden-brownish. Then instead of flapping it, place half of it onto the other half (you will have a "D" shape) using a spatula. Keep cooking for another 2 minutes, then serve immediately. Bon appetite!
